Sign in to Beauty-Concierge.ca and navigate to Your account. If you don't have an account, you must create one.

Proceed to Purchases and reviews.

Next to the relevant order, click on Download Files. This will direct you to the Downloads page containing all files attached to your order.

Alternatively, revisit the listing page of the item. You should see "Instant Download" displayed on the images for the item.

There are typically no restrictions on when or how often you can download a file. In most instances, you can access a file at any time on your Purchases page, unless the transaction has been cancelled or removed.
